What's on offer?

In today’s fast-changing world, shifting migration policies and tightening mobility rules are reshaping global careers. At the same time, artificial intelligence is transforming how we work, learn, and connect across borders. Yet, international professionals continue to play a vital role in driving innovation, fostering cultural exchange, and contributing to economic growth.

This event explores how international professionals navigate careers across borders in a world shaped by shifting migration policies and rapid advances in AI.

What's it about?

Through storytelling and dialogue, it will examine how people adapt to new work cultures, overcome barriers to belonging, and respond to technological change. Attendees will gain practical insights from global professionals, learn strategies for managing career transitions, and connect with peers facing similar challenges. The session offers not only inspiration and guidance, but also a supportive space to share experiences and build networks for thriving in today’s global working environment. Designed as both a panel and a community conversation, the session will conclude with a café-style networking space where participants can exchange reflections, ask questions, and build connections.
